Autodesk announced layoffs of 1,000 employees on January 22, 2026. Cut about 1,000 jobs, 7% of staff, in the final phase of a sales and marketing overhaul. Most of the cuts hit customer-facing sales roles, with $135M to $160M in restructuring charges.
