Bosch announced in September 2025 that it will cut 13,000 jobs in its Mobility division by 2030, concentrated in Germany, including about 3,500 at its Feuerbach plant. Combined with roughly 9,000 cuts announced in 2024, the world's largest auto supplier has around 22,000 reductions stacked up by the end of the decade. This entry tracks the 13,000-job Mobility program.

Bosch points to a 2.5 billion euro annual cost gap in Mobility, weak European auto demand, and demand shifting to regions outside Europe. Against the Bosch group's roughly 418,000 global employees the program is about 3%, but inside the Mobility division, where the cuts land, the share runs far higher.
