Novartis announced layoffs of 452 employees in July 7, 2026. Novartis is cutting 452 jobs at its East Hanover, New Jersey headquarters, its fourth round of cuts there in five months. The drugmaker is absorbing a steep revenue loss from heart-failure drug Entresto, which lost patent protection last year.
