Perstorp Polyols (PETRONAS) announced layoffs of 50 employees on September 14, 2026. Perstorp shut down production at its Toledo plant and is closing the site permanently. The company said the shutdown affects about 70% of its US employees, with the state filing setting separations for November 2.
