PMG Indiana announced layoffs of 150 employees on September 2, 2026. PMG Indiana is closing its Columbus powder metal plant by December 31, ending nearly four decades of auto parts production there. Workers were told the plant lost more than $150 million over eight years and customers moved their business after price increases.
