Sealy (Tempur Sealy) announced layoffs of 114 employees on October 23, 2026. Sealy is ending mattress production at its Trinity, North Carolina headquarters and cutting 114 jobs by December 31. Output moves to plants in Maryland and Georgia as the company points to soft demand.
